Error: Exception calling "Create" with "0" argument(s): "Create failed for Login 'BizTalk Isolated Host Users'. This occurs when creating the Itinerary Database in the Configuration Tool.
Fix: Add BizTalk Isolated Host Users as a login user to the SQL database with public access.

Fix did not work
This error usually occurs in a multi server environment where the BizTalk is installed in one server and SQL in another box. Hence in such a situation create domain accounts for all the BizTalk groups and add as SQL logins all the BizTalk groups to the SQL Server. Hence if you have created domain\BizTalk Isolated groups, use the same domain group while configuring in the ESB portal as well add the same group as SQl login. Hope this helps..
